Due to our lenient refund policy we have a few terms in place to protect ourselves from abusive purchases. Therefore the following reasons do not qualify for refunds as our product are not physical items and cannot be returned:

  • "Accidental" or Someone Else Purchased - We do not process a refund when a customer claims they've purchased on accident as our website is encrypted; it's impossible for us to enter a person's credit card information... If you are stating that you did not make the purchase or someone else made the purchase without your permission, you should immediately call your credit card and report it.
  • Life Situation Changes Post Purchase - Our products are accessible for life. This means they are usable at the customer's convenience/ability to do so. Our products, by design, cover a vast variety that caters to tastes, preferences, and life circumstances, furthermore our products include a custom-tailoring option at no extra cost specifically for situations like this. We are not responsible for life changes and will not provide a refund past 30 days.

*Please note: refund request are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and our team uses the first contact email/text/call as the core reason for the refund inquiry. All correspondence, product access customer matching, product emails, will be provided in the event of a disagreement.



Digital Product Download:

For your convenience our Intellectual Property, coaching materials, and Downloadable Programs are currently delivered by Internet download only.

After your purchase has been approved we will process your order.

Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access for your product downloads.

It is highly likely your product goes to the spam filter as there are links involved with most products. Please check "all mail" on your email server dropdown.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

In addition, we actively pursue theft of digital assets.

We stand behind our products and your results with them are important to us. Because of this we offer a Results-Guaranteed-Or-Your-Money-Back Policy!

To redeem; all we ask is a completed outtake form at least 1 week after purchasing and showing proof of using your product. This is fair for yourself and RE Fitness!


Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet, you will never be expected to "return" a product. Enjoy it. We are certain our products command amazing results if followed.

Please note in some countries/regions there is a 15% transaction fee for all refunds. Once the refund is processed please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be complete. 

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis speed wise. We have an incredibly small staff which is devoted to clients! Thank you for understanding.


Once our product(s) are delivered to the customer they're not returnable. Even when a refund is given the customer still maintains forever access.

Due to this we do not refund for reasons such as, "it was a spur the moment purchase" or "my life situation has changed." Refunds are strictly for those who find the product unsatisfactory to their needs - NOT for customer related mishaps.


We are not obligated to refund any products sold at sale price/special price. Sale price refunds this will be up to our team's discretion and taken case by case.
