1-On-1 Coaching Refund Policy
Bodyflow360™ does not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final as coaches are compensated upon client onboard.
Cancel-Anytime-Policy: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so within 1 business day before your billing date. We appreciate 24 hours notice to stop payment.
If you choose to pay in full, cancellations do not permit refunds. We assume all fees of your program use, coaching payments, pre-paid plan use up front upon signup. As paid-full-members are heavily discounted we cannot offer payment reimbursement but of course will be more than happy to extend or alter your fitness protocols to your needs.
To cancel your subscription, you must inform us of your decision by filling out the form below.
All content, programs, meals plans, custom detailed specification delivered by your coach and all materials that are emailed to you are yours to keep forever.
*RE Fitness always adjusts with client needs. We will pause/freeze membership at anytime upon request. Simply email us anytime email@example.com.
For any reason if you'd like to switch coaches we will be happy to accommodate you.
