1-On-1 Coaching Cancel Policy
Cancel-Anytime-Policy: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so within 1 business day before your billing date. We appreciate 48 hours notice to stop payment and will always work with our clients/customers and can be reached DIRECT at anytime via firstname.lastname@example.org (client-only-email).
If you choose to pay in full, cancellations do not permit refunds as this is a service-based business. We assume all fees of your program use, coaching payments, pre-paid plan use up front upon signup. As paid-full-members are heavily discounted we cannot offer payment reimbursement but of course will be more than happy to extend or alter your fitness protocols to your needs.
To cancel your subscription, you must inform us of your decision by filling out the form below.
Bodyflow360™ does not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final as coaches are compensated upon client onboard.
All content, programs, meals plans, custom detailed specification delivered by your coach and all materials that are emailed to you are yours to keep forever.
*RE Fitness always adjusts with client needs. We will pause/freeze membership at anytime upon request. Simply email us anytime email@example.com.

Because each plan is custom-made and because our coaches are compensated when clients come on, we have no refund policy for Bodyflow360, which is made clear in our policies upfront. We are however more than happy to adjust or alter your fitness plan as needed.
Furthermore we are prepared to actively confront fraudulent and unethical disputes. What is a fraudulent charge back?
Chargeback fraud is when a cardholder pursues a chargeback through their issuing bank for reasons that are not related to true fraud. This can have ramifications on consumer credit and other legalities may apply.
As an accredited small service business our team members are compensated upfront. Chargebacks are theft and we take them seriously. All files and communications with the client/coach/staff will be prepared and sent to all relevant establishments. Sample evidence form:
