Important: This is a refund policy for ACS Shred System ONLY.

This form is for customers who have used the program for a minimum of 1 week. Other requests are not eligible for refund.

We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCT WINDOW (30 days since purchase)

Digital Product Download

For your convenience, ACS Shred System, coaching materials, and Downloadable Programs are currently delivered by Internet download only.

After your purchase has been approved we will process your order.

Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided when purchasing.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access ACS Shred System. 

It is highly likely your product goes to the spam filter as there are links involved with most products. Please check "all mail" on your email server dropdown.

In addition, we actively pursue theft of digital assets.

ACS Shred Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your results with them are important to us. Because of this we offer a Results-Guaranteed-Or-Your-Money-Back Policy!

In order to be eligible for a refund, the Starter Form and Weekly Check-In forms up until the time of the refund request must be completed. Please note, that the forms must be completed in alignment with your timeline. The forms will be emailed to you, as well as available in your Membership Area, and must be completed with the 72 hours. This will serve as evidence that you have adhered to the system's requirement. This is fair for yourself and RE Fitness!

We are a small business and the point of our  refund policy is to refund anyone who is simply "not a good fit" with the product. That being said we put our customers/fans first and can always bend to your needs. 

Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet, you will never be expected to "return" a product. Enjoy it. We are certain our products command amazing results if followed.

We are not liable for any refund amount due to inability to use the program due to change in life circumstances post-purchase, as you keep a lifetime access to the program. 

We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

Custom Meal Plan and System Refund Policy

At RE Fitness, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized fitness and meal plans that are tailored specifically to your needs. Our in-house team meticulously crafts each plan from scratch, ensuring that every detail aligns with your unique requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the effort involved in creating these custom builds, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Custom Intake Form Submission: Upon purchasing a Custom Intake, we expect you to submit the Custom Intake Form within one week of your purchase. This allows us to schedule and allocate the necessary time and resources from our staff to build your personalized system efficiently.

  2. Late Submission Exception: If you submit the Custom Intake Form later than 7 days from the date of purchase, we will make an exception and still provide your custom system. However, we strongly encourage timely submission to ensure the best possible service.

  3. No Refund for Non-Submission or Change of Mind: If you fail to provide the Custom Intake Form, or decide to change your mind before or after submitting it, you are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because we schedule our staff's time and limit the number of orders we take based on anticipated workload.

  4. Quality Assurance: Our Custom Builds are of the gold standard, and we are committed to working with you to refine and rebuild your program until you are satisfied with it. However, due to the extensive staffing and resource expenses involved in these personalized services, Custom Builds are not refundable.

  5. Discretionary Exceptions: While our policy is firm, we at RE Fitness retain the discretion to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we will consider each case with the care and attention it deserves. If you have followed the Custom Program diligently, and completed all the check ins, and are unhappy with our progress, our team will provide you with a partial or full refund. 

  6. Additional Information: We understand the importance of flexibility and customer satisfaction. Therefore, should you encounter any issues or special circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us team@ryanengelfit.com. We are dedicated to finding solutions that align with your fitness journey while respecting the boundaries of our policy.

 

At RE you have an option to choose between a Pro and Lifestyle Custom Meal Plans. You can reach out to us at any time to switch your Custom Meal Plan type at no additional cost.

By purchasing a Customized System from RE Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. The Terms & Conditions are available on pre purchase and post purchase pages, as well as in your Membership Area and Product Access Portals.
