TURKEY AVOCADO PANINI

Bro, Panera who?! DIS MY HOUSE!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Half a ripe avocado, sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 slices of deli turkey meat
  • 1-2 tablespoons goat cheese



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Layer spinach and avocado on one slice of bread and sprinkle salt and pepper on top. 
  2. On the other slice of bread, spread goat cheese and top with turkey meat.
  3. Feel free to add as many or as few ingredients as you want based on your own preferences.
  4. Put both slices of bread together and either heat in a panini press or place on a skillet, pressing down heavily with a spatula to give it that panini effect.
  5. Flip and repeat panini process on the other side. Serve warm and enjoy!
