Bro, Panera who?! DIS MY HOUSE!
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 handful spinach
- Half a ripe avocado, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 slices of deli turkey meat
- 1-2 tablespoons goat cheese
- Layer spinach and avocado on one slice of bread and sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
- On the other slice of bread, spread goat cheese and top with turkey meat.
- Feel free to add as many or as few ingredients as you want based on your own preferences.
- Put both slices of bread together and either heat in a panini press or place on a skillet, pressing down heavily with a spatula to give it that panini effect.
- Flip and repeat panini process on the other side. Serve warm and enjoy!
