Ingredients
- 1Â pack wheat pasta noodles
- 1/2 container plain hummus
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1Â large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for topping)
- Parmesan cheese for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In the meantime, mix together the hummus, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, and Mrs. Dash, in a large bowl and combine well. Add a few tablespoons of water into mixture to give it a thick and creamy texture.
- Once the pasta is done cooking and is drained, immediately combine with the hummus mixture.
- Toss together until pasta is well coated, adding a tablespoon or two of water if needed.
- Serve with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
