PINA COLADA PROTEIN PARFAITS

Any anytime snack that is guaranteed to soothe cravings while not breaking your nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup lightly toasted coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 scoop of vanilla whey protein isolate
  • For additional flavor swirl add some of your favorite toppings


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl mix the yogurt, 2 tbsp of the honey, and 3 tsp of the chia seeds, and set aside.
  2. In two glasses, layer a few tablespoons of the pineapple, followed by a few tablespoons of the coconut flakes, followed by the yogurt. Repeat this process at least twice and end with the pineapple and coconut on top.
  3. Once you’re satisfied with your layers, top each parfait with the rest of the honey and chia seed mixture and enjoy immediately.
