Best time to eat

Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 cup of chicken broth (may substitute this for vegetable broth for a vegetarian or vegan recipe)

15 ounce can diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from stove and blend using a traditional blender or a mixer.
- Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, or chopped green onions if desired and enjoy!
