BANGIN' BLACK BEAN SOUP

A great meal to recover! Throw this one in your RE Fitness custom meal plan - on sick days. This recipe will help you recover and is delicious. Next time someone smack talks your soup game throwdown with this banger. 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 cup of chicken broth (may substitute this for vegetable broth for a vegetarian or vegan recipe)
  • 15 ounce can diced tomatoes

    INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from stove and blend using a traditional blender or a mixer.
  3. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, or chopped green onions if desired and enjoy!
