- 1 cup of the nuts of your choice (we recommend almonds)
- 1 cup of the dried fruit of your choice (we prefer cranberries)
- 12-15 dried, pitted dates
- First, roast the nuts for about ten minutes at 350 F to bring out their flavor.
- Once the nuts are done roasting, combine with dried fruit and dates in a food processor and pulse until thoroughly mixed. (This may take three rounds of pulsing for two minutes each.)
- After all ingredients are incorporated, press into an 8x8 pan lined with wax paper and chill for two hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator, cut into bars, and enjoy!
TIP: These last for two weeks as long as they’re chilled, so this is a great recipe to add as part of your meal prep!
