3 VITAL TIMES
1. Breakfast - Keep your intake high every morning. After sleeping your body needs muscle-building nutrients. If you are performing fasted cardio - Be sure to get your breakfast in within 30 minutes post-cardio session!
2. Post Training - This is VITAL. Your anabolic window after training is 30 minutes. Be sure to get in your whey shake or protein source within this time block!
(My current shake: 2 scoops of Chocolate Shake NutriElite1 w/ 1 cup of oats).
3. Pre-bed - Getting your protein intake before you sleep is important. Go for a slow absorb protein like casine. I personally use cottage cheese.
