Shakira's favorite breakfast is eggs or avocado with olive oil, tomato and sea salt, followed by a smoothie with berries, plant protein, greens or a green powder. She wakes up to this meal almost 7 days per week while touring or home.
Shakira doesn't let calorie counting or extreme dieting get in the way of her life. Her nutritionist explained.
"She's a mom, she has kids and she wants to spend time with them too. There's just not enough hours in a day. So we have to refocus. Refocus, realign, and find ways to try to be present."
