Cheryl’s journey with 3M Coaching started over three years ago, and since then, she’s transformed not only her physique but her mindset. Through consistent coaching, she mastered strength training, nutrition, and routine, and she didn’t stop there.
Her dedication led her to win the Burn Challenge, crushing her six-week transformation and proving what’s possible with consistency and focus. Today, Cheryl is a certified ISSA Master Trainer, using what she learned through 3M Coaching to refine her craft and help others do the same.
