Even with a cramped apartment and minimal equipment, Jerod figured out systems to make meal prep work. By staying consistent and adapting, he showed that environment is never an excuse — mindset is everything.
“If I’m looking through the menu, I’m probably gonna go with the chicken breast and steamed vegetables.”
Jerod mastered the art of flexible eating. Dining out didn’t derail him — he made smarter choices and stayed conscious of his macros, proving that discipline can coexist with real life.
