Best time to eat
One of the best #HealthySnacks in the game that goes perfect with your RE Fitness custom meal plan - this can fill any post-workout carb slot!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- Optional add -ins:
- Dark chocolate chips
- Blueberries
- Raisins
- Dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place oats in blender or food processor and blend until they become the consistency of flour. Don’t worry if they’re not completely ground up.
- In large bowl combined mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favorite add in if desired - we prefer cranberries and dark chocolate!
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies look like they’ve set. Enjoy for a few days on the go or freeze and enjoy later!
