• 2 cups sliced frozen bananas
  • 4 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cupĀ cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoonĀ ground flaxseed
  • 1 cupĀ packed spinach
  • 1 1/2 cupsĀ almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey isolate


  1. After freezing bananas, place in a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients in and blend until smooth, pulsing a few times as needed.
  3. If the smoothie seems too thick, add in a few more tablespoons of almond milk as needed until it reaches the desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy your lean, protein packed smoothie!
