QUICK & LEAN PEANUT BUTTER MUFFINS

This lean snack is the perfect craving beater while on your fat loss RE Fitness custom meal plan!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 6 dates (pits removed)
  • Dash of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients with a mixer until everything is combined and a nice batter forms.
  3. Spoon batter into well greased muffin pans.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before removing from pans and top with chocolate chips, if desired. Enjoy as a snack or dessert!

TIP: Make more than one serving because your friends will steal these.
