HUMMUS CHICKEN WRAP

Hummus is overrated right? Wrong. Give this one a shot! Great post workout banger!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup hummus (use your favorite flavor!)
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 3 whole-wheat tortillas


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. After cooking your chicken, cut it into cubes.
  2. Combine with your favorite hummus variety in a medium sized bowl and top with salt and pepper, to your preference.
  3. Place spinach on tortilla and then top with chicken mixture.
  4. Wrap tightly in tortilla and cut in half before serving.

 

TIP: You can also enjoy this with whole wheat crackers for an easy snack that’s on-the-go!
