Hummus is overrated right? Wrong. Give this one a shot! Great post workout banger!
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup hummus (use your favorite flavor!)
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 3 whole-wheat tortillas
- After cooking your chicken, cut it into cubes.
- Combine with your favorite hummus variety in a medium sized bowl and top with salt and pepper, to your preference.
- Place spinach on tortilla and then top with chicken mixture.
- Wrap tightly in tortilla and cut in half before serving.
TIP: You can also enjoy this with whole wheat crackers for an easy snack that’s on-the-go!
