Best time to eat
This lean meal is a a perfect compliment to any fat loss RE Fitness custom meal plan - toss these in your meal prep bag for the day. A great snack for low-energy days. Best 30 minutes before your workout!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups packed and pitted dates
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup rolled oats
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place dates in a food processor and pulse until only small bits remain (dates should be moist when doing this - soak in warm water for ten minutes if they aren’t) they should form into a ball.
- Add peanut butter and oats and pulse a few more times until well-mixed.
- Transfer to a dish lined with wax paper and press down until flat or roll into balls. Place in freezer to set.
- Leave in freezer for an hour and remove when ready to eat! Store any leftovers in refrigerator - they’ll actually keep for a couple of weeks in there!
