EASY PEANUT BUTTER GRANOLA CRUMB BARS

This lean meal is a a perfect compliment to any fat loss RE Fitness custom meal plan - toss these in your meal prep bag for the day. A great snack for low-energy days. Best 30 minutes before your workout!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2¬†cups¬†packed and pitted dates
  • 1/2¬†cup¬†natural peanut butter¬†
  • 1/2¬†cup¬†rolled oats¬†

    INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place dates in a food processor and pulse until only small bits remain (dates should be moist when doing this - soak in warm water for ten minutes if they aren’t) they should form into a ball.
  2. Add peanut butter and oats and pulse a few more times until well-mixed.
  3. Transfer to a dish lined with wax paper and press down until flat or roll into balls. Place in freezer to set.
  4. Leave in freezer for an hour and remove when ready to eat! Store any leftovers in refrigerator - they’ll actually keep for a couple of weeks in there!
