Best time to eat
This lean pizza is going to make your heart melt... Seriously though this one goes perfect with your RE Fitness custom meal plan. This is one of the best post-workout meals in the game! Have this pizza with your post workout shake for a major fat loss spike.
- 1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ¼ green bell pepper, sliced
½ ounce pepperoni (8-10 small slices)
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place tortilla on a prepared baking sheet. Mix tomato paste, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread that mixture over the tortilla and top with mozzarella, bell pepper and pepperoni.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges of the tortilla are crisp, about 8 minutes. Enjoy!
TIP: To make this meal vegetarian, replace the pepperoni with onions or another vegetable of your choice!
