HOW TO CARB CYCLE
Carb cycle dieting can be tough to explain, so I have tried to make the concepts manageable and understandable in my video. I didn't want to make it too "sciencey," but I certainly didn't want it to be watered down.
Carb cycling if performed correctly is the most effective diet you will ever use. And it is definitely easy on the nerves, as you don't have to go cold turkey on the foods you love! If I've left any holes in the how-to-carb-cycle explanation (and I do apologize - it's a lot to cover), please don't hesitate to comment and I'll do my best to fill in the gaps or add clarification.
USE A PLAN
Do not try to wing your carb cycle. You cannot perform a correct carb cycle for fat loss or lean muscle gains without the correct macro breakdown.
