You try a "fat loss" meal plan that is loaded with recipes and a ton of variety and fancy bullshit to it... get nowhere and find yourself right back to square one.
The only thing you've actually lost is a ton of time and money trying to gather up everything for that super special eye-candy of a recipe (that yours never looks like). By the time you've dirtied up your kitchen making literally 1 meal, it's nearly time for you to cook again... This is just plain senseless.
Sound familiar? This is called "feel-good-fitness."
This method sells well and recipes attract, but they are 100% a waste of your time if you're serious about losing fat. Especially of you have a lot of fat lose. The higher your body fat content, the more strict you will need to eat to reverse the damage.
FACT: Anyone serious about losing fat needs HIGH PROTEIN. You'll be on at least 3 meals per day at a bare minimum. Likely closer to 5.
This is not advice, this is straight-forward fact. I've seen it personally in thousands of clients - there is no shortcut to baseline meals.
YOUR MEALS SHOULD HAVE THE SAME BASE MACROS EVERY DAY OR YOU ARE NOT ON A MEAL PLAN, YOU ARE USING "FEEL-GOOD FITNESS" - SLOW TO NO RESULTS.
This means Meal 1 is the same all week, meal 2 is the same all week, and so on. The only mixing and matching you do is within the macros, using seasoning and very light additions here or there like switching up your vegetable choice.
