🔴Rest 10 seconds between each workout

🔁25 seconds rest between rounds

🔰Newcomers: 1-2 rounds (arm circles 1 minute, no burpees)

🏆Challenge Mode: 5 rounds

😈Hardcore: 7 rounds (1 minute burpees per round)
