What are the best supplements for lifting? There is a lot of speculation and different views on weight training supplements. I am in favor of taking a LIGHTER route. Do you need any one supp or the other? NO. But you do NEED the vitamins and minerals that some provide.

I am so sick and tired of SELL-OUTS promoting supplements with their coupon code or because they are SPONSORED by the company.

So I decided to give you my raw choices of my personal picks. That said - these are MY PICKS along with the reasoning. I DO NOT supplement heavy ever and I have been a 100% natural bodybuilder for over 15 years.
