PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES

👉 Ingredients:

1 large cage-free egg

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 large banana in mix

1 large banana diced for topping

1/2 cup any milk (I used almond unsweetened)

1/4 cup quick oats

2 scoops whey isolate protein powder

2 tsp baking powder

Sugar-free syrup (tastes exactly the same)

Coconut spray oil for pan

👉Directions:

Toss all ingredients into a blender or food processor.

Pour contents, one at at time in equal portions (3 pancakes).

Cook on medium (it can burn in seconds – so watch it).

Start to flip when pancake begins to bubble.
